RS Web Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Google Ads Management, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Management, Search Engine Optimization, Real Estate Lead Generation, Web Design, N8N Automation, Social Media Management, Graphics Design, and Influence Marketing.
Clients agree to:
Service fees are due as per agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in campaign pausing. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is billed directly by the respective platforms (Google, Meta).
Creative assets (ad copies, graphics, landing pages) created by RS Web Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables become client property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information including campaign strategies, performance data, and business information. This obligation survives termination of services.
RS Web Solutions commits to professional service delivery but does not guarantee specific results. Digital marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, and other factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are liable for fees for services rendered up to termination date. Running ad campaigns may require 7 days notice for proper wind-down.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
