These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RS Web Solutions website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RS Web Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Google Ads management, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management, search engine optimization, real estate lead generation, web design, N8N automation, social media management, graphics design, and influencer marketing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about your business or project
Ensure all project details, pricing, amenities and possession dates are accurate
Obtain necessary registrations and approvals before advertising
Pay agreed fees on schedule
Provide timely feedback and approvals
Not engage in deceptive advertising practices

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in campaigns being paused. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is billed directly by the respective platforms (Google, Meta).

4. Intellectual Property

Creative assets (ad copies, graphics, landing pages) created by RS Web Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, deliverables become client property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information including campaign strategies, performance data and business information. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Performance & Results

RS Web Solutions commits to professional service delivery but does not guarantee specific results. Digital marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget and other factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Clients are liable for fees for services rendered up to the termination date. Running ad campaigns may require 7 days' notice for proper wind-down.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
